Nail Art inspired by "TV Shows"

Hello and welcome back to Part Two of the "Nail Art inspired by" Blog series.

During Quarantine we all have been bingeing TV Shows to pass the time, and give us some distraction to whats going on in the real world. Some new TV shows I have watched are Tiger king, Normal people and some old are Game of Thrones, Peaky Blinders, and Teen Wolf. Finding a TV show that will have you hocked and under a spell is great when all you can do is to stay at home and keep safe. For me getting hocked on a TV show will be a 50/50 connection, I know as soon as episode one finishes if I will keep watching it or not. Or if alot of my friends say 'keep watching, give it time' I give it till episode 3. Its either love at first site or not! ha, Is anyone else like that? I'm sure there is.

Well for today's Nail art designs I've picked three shows to take inspiration from,
First up is Tiger King, as this is the first watch of lock-down, and my god didn't it do well?! I think we all will remember the Carole Baskin song for many years to come. Was a great show and a big eye opener for cruelty of exotic animals. The Big Cats are so beautiful, and I get it, I get why humans would want them as pets, we all want to be Princess Jasmine! But it is wrong.

You can see a step by step Video here, and watch this tiger come to life, free hand nail art.

Game of thrones, I have never seen this before! and Yes, I was apart of that very small group of people who never watched it over the years. But I did finally binge all 8 seasons in 10 days, and LOVED every second of it. I get the hype now, and I miss watching it too. Falling in love with Rob Stark and John Snow, watching favorite characters die off, story twists and even wanting a dragon of my own! So I decided to create a dragon scale like finish on a nail instead, this set is inspired by the Queen of Dragons and her Winterfell white fur coat, and her favorite dragon Drogon, may they rest in peace.

You can see a step by step Video here, and watch how I created a dragon scale finish, using the bubble technique with metal pigments.

And lastly one show I wait for every summer is Love island, as its canceled this year due COVID19, understandably, and the discussion of people not really missing the show, they could live without it for one year. I get it, but I think I'm missing the reality side to it, the social discussion you have with friends who also watch it, that excitment to see what they thought of each episode, a conversation that is made every single day, maybe it just something else to talk about, something entertaining and silly. Just to lighten the every day mood of quarantine life. I think thats what I'm missing more.

You can see a step by step Video here, and watch the glittery heart from the intro appear, using the Negative space technique.
