Product Review: Shiseido Skincare Cleanser

Last Tuesday I was inviting to a Shiseido Masterclass at the Town & Country Mercantile in New Ross, Co. Wexford. The event was to raise money for the Pantomime Society who raised €900 on the night. Having not heard of the brand before, I was intrigued and eager to try out the skincare line as I'm always on the hunt for a good Cleanser. Danielle Mahon, an award winning blogger and Make up artist, gave us a Make up Masterclass using the Shiseido cosmetic range. She has been using Mac make up for years and years and when introduced to Shiseido, she feel in love and became their Brand ambassador. Well done to everyone who organised this event and for raising the €900 on the night, and thank you to Alieen and Fiona for inviting me. 

So on the night we all received a goody bag full of Shiseido Goodies from skincare to make up. I also bought a cleanser to try out as well. So I pick a few from the bag that I like and I think you will like too. 

I bought the Shiseido ibuki Gentle Cleanser for €36.00, which is a very good price for the quality of this product. This rich gentle cleanser comes in a 125ml tube and the girls at Town & Country mercantile recommended that this one would be best suited for my sensitive/dry skin. Working as a Nail Tech, my face is exposed to harm chemicals (Dust from Gel/Acrylic) every day. The Gentle cleanser works by foaming up with water to remove impurities and harmful excess sebum without stripping away the natural skin moisture. I have used this for a week now, and the sensitivity has calmed down. So Far so good!

Also these three Samples that came in the goody bag, I also liked a Refining body Exfoliate, Moisturizing Lipstick in shade Veiled Rose and Shiseido Bio performance Advanced restoring cream. The lipstick has a shining pearly finish, its like applying Vaseline to the lips! 

If your looking to invest in your Skincare, I definitely would recommend it and this Skincare line is worth a try. 

So far I have only been using the Shiseido for a week and my skin feels great.
