I was a bit wary because with each article a Rose Quartz product was being pushed with it like the £29 butterfly (which is now a $75 butterfly stone) or the Rose Quartz Roller (their website was under construction so I couldn’t get a recent price). It made we me wonder was this just a ploy to get people to spend big bucks on over-priced products! OK so in all truth the roller and the butterfly are very pretty pieces but I just couldn’t justify a $75 expense for a stone! Now I’ve read all the articles and the healing benefits of Rose Quartz were skimmed over and even manipulated to sell these products so I wanted to give you guys the real truth about Rose Quartz Facials

Rose Quartz is a stone that we would associate with the heart chakra. It can help attract love, ease relationship problems and promote self-love. But what are the physical healing benefits? According to CrystalVaults.com: Rose Quartz may be used to sooth burns and reduce blistering if rubbed lightly with a polished stone or used as an elixir. It may also be beneficial in diminishing the appearance of unsightly scars. Use as an elixir to clear the skin, reduce wrinkles and promote a soft complexion.

Making an elixir is quite simple, place some tumbled rose quartz stones in a jug, pour in some spring water and cover. Leave overnight, ready for use the next morning. Use the water then in your daily cleansing routine to help clean and rejuvenate the skin!

Once a week, get a nice smooth piece of rose quartz and massage it around the face, to help reduce puffiness and the appearance of wrinkles. Many people also report that their face has a slimmer appearance after the massage. Try not to use your rose quartz with creams because you may well damage your stone.
